Former CFTC Chair expects SEC and CFTC to establish crypto regulations

Former Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Chair Chris Giancarlo stated that the SEC and CFTC are expected to move forward with establishing crypto regulations, despite the recent setbacks faced by the CLARITY Act in the U.S. Senate.
