Anthropic reports profitability excluding model training costs

Anthropic has informed investors it is profitable for the second consecutive quarter, provided that the costs of building the next version of Claude are excluded. The company reported $11.5 billion in revenue for Q2, a 14-fold increase year-over-year, as it prepares for a planned Nasdaq listing.
