Telecom operator VIVA migrates financial infrastructure to Avalanche via Iris

Latin American telecom operator VIVA is migrating parts of its financial infrastructure to the blockchain using the Iris network. VIVA, which operates in Bolivia and Mexico, is the first carrier to launch on Iris. The system utilizes USDi, a dollar-backed stablecoin issued by Agora, to settle transactions and maintain operational reserves.
