Bitcoin Core 32.0 enters final testing phase ahead of October 10 release

Bitcoin Core 32.0 entered its final testing phase on September 14 and is scheduled for official release on October 10. The update introduces a real-time transaction fee estimator, improved node synchronization via multi-threading, and security patches for wallet naming and web server vulnerabilities. The update does not include changes to Bitcoin consensus rules.
