Grayscale files S-3/A to convert Litecoin Trust into spot ETF

Grayscale has submitted an amended S-3/A registration statement to the U.S. SEC on September 11 to convert the Grayscale Litecoin Trust into a spot Litecoin (LTC) ETF. The proposed ETF aims to list on NYSE Arca under the ticker symbol LTCN. If approved, the trust will be renamed Grayscale Litecoin Trust ETF, with Coinbase Custody serving as the custodian and BNY Mellon as the administrator. The conversion remains subject to regulatory approval.
