Perpetual futures platform RWAperp raises $2 million

RWAperp, a decentralized perpetual futures protocol for traditional financial assets, has raised $2 million at a $50 million post-money valuation. Investors include co-founders of Lime and Cresta AI, members of the Tesla Autopilot team, and participants from the a16z and Sequoia Scout networks. The platform is live on OKX X Layer with 19 markets, including BTC, ETH, SOL, stocks, indices, and commodities. It allows users to gain leveraged exposure to these assets using USDC, USDT, or USDG without holding the underlying assets. RWAperp is also developing an AI-powered Agent Mode to support natural language trading instructions and automated position management.
