Despite the risk of his current role becoming obsolete, he remains committed to optimizing kernels for DeepSeek. He expressed concerns about the concentration of powerful AI in the hands of a few companies, stating that he does not believe Anthropic or OpenAI will provide open and affordable access to the most advanced models.
