YMTC begins equipment connection at Wuhan FAB3, targets initial production by year-end

Yangtze Memory Technologies (YMTC) has commenced equipment connection work at its third factory (FAB3) in Wuhan, with initial production expected by the end of the year. The facility is projected to reach a monthly capacity of 100,000 12-inch wafers when fully operational. YMTC currently holds a 14% share of the global NAND market as of Q2 2026.
