Ethereum and Base Diverge on EIP-8130 and EIP-8141 Standards

Ethereum and Base have officially ended their collaboration on account abstraction standards following the breakdown of their Frames project last week. Ethlabs researcher Derek Chiang confirmed that the joint development effort has ceased, leading both entities to pursue independent development paths for EIP-8130 and EIP-8141.
