XRP Ledger Batch V1.1 upgrade nears activation with one vote remaining

The XRP Ledger Batch V1.1 upgrade is one vote away from triggering its activation process, having secured support from 27 out of 35 trusted validators, or approximately 77%. Reaching the 80% threshold will initiate a 14-day countdown for activation. The Batch feature enables users to combine up to eight related transactions into a single operation to ensure atomic execution. The RippleX team recently addressed 11 software defects, including a critical vulnerability identified by security firm Common Prefix that could have allowed unauthorized transaction execution. The update was released with xrpld 3.3.0 on August 6 following extensive audits and security testing.
