While the funds remain secure for now, the proposal targets nearly the entire treasury, which holds about 2.538 million USDC in a timelock contract. The proposer intends to reach the voting threshold using 87,238 FORTH, representing 0.57% of the supply, to meet the 600,000 FORTH quorum requirement.
