Arya.ag Tests Tokenized Grain Receipts on Avalanche

Indian agricultural warehousing firm Arya.ag is testing a system to tokenize warehouse receipts on the Avalanche blockchain. The initiative aims to link commodity ownership, insurance, and loan data on-chain to streamline agricultural lending and prevent double-pledging of collateral. While the company manages $2 billion in commodities and supports over $1 billion in annual loans, the blockchain integration remains in the testing phase. The project aligns with India's broader efforts to promote digital warehouse receipt financing for farmers.
