Emerging Market Debt Inflows Reach $242.9 Billion

According to a report by the Institute of International Finance, debt inflows into emerging markets reached $242.9 billion through August of this year, up from $212 billion during the same period last year. Meanwhile, equity outflows from emerging markets rose significantly to $88.1 billion, compared to $7.4 billion in the previous year.
