OpenAI product lead: Astra quality issues fixed, reset scheduled for midnight

OpenAI Codex product lead Tibo announced that the team has identified and resolved several quality issues reported by Astra users. The fixes address abnormal skill triggers from older models and a disabled context management experiment that previously caused premature responses or interruptions for an estimated 4,000 to 5,000 users. A system reset is scheduled to take place before midnight local time today.
