Liquid Network resumes block production but halts transaction processing

Liquid Network has entered a controlled recovery phase following a hack. While block production has resumed as a precautionary measure, transaction processing remains suspended. Blockstream confirmed that necessary updates for Functionary and bridge nodes have been deployed. Anchor operations, including peg-outs, remain paused as the network continues to restore BTC/LBTC reserves.
