Nasdaq Invests $100 Million in Kraken Parent Company Payward

Nasdaq Ventures has invested $100 million into Payward, the parent company of Kraken, at a reported valuation of $21 billion. As part of the agreement, Payward will integrate Nasdaq's surveillance technology across its trading platforms.
