Solana Delays Transaction V1 Mainnet Activation to September 15

The Solana development team Anza has postponed the activation of Transaction V1 on mainnet-beta to epoch 1035, expected around September 15 at 1:20 AM UTC. The delay follows feedback from ecosystem teams requesting additional time for testing and integration. While V1 is currently live on devnet, it introduces new transaction configuration settings for compute budgets, rendering legacy compute budget instructions ineffective for V1 transactions.
