Unicoin sues Uniswap Labs to cancel UNI trademark registration

TransparentBusiness, the operator of Unicoin, has filed a lawsuit against Universal Navigation (Uniswap Labs) in the Southern District of New York. The suit seeks a ruling that the UNICOIN trademark does not infringe on Uniswap's marks and requests the cancellation of the UNI trademark registration. This follows multiple cease-and-desist letters from Uniswap alleging trademark infringement, dilution, and cybersquatting.
