Arbitrum committee proposes permanent ban for three projects over grant misuse

The Arbitrum Watchdog Committee, composed of entities including Entropy Advisors, has proposed a permanent ban on Good Entry, Limitless, and APX Finance for alleged grant misuse during the STIP and LTIPP incentive programs. The total amount involved is 457,553 ARB, approximately $76,000. Good Entry is accused of self-farming and non-compliance, Limitless of potential theft after bridging funds to Base, and APX Finance of fund mismanagement and Sybil activity.
