CleanSpark achieved an operational hashrate of 50 EH/s and sold 821 BTC in August through spot sales, call option exercises, and delta-neutral basis trades at an average price of $65,420. Additionally, the company is advancing its Sandersville data center project in Georgia, which has secured a 20-year, $6.6 billion lease agreement with a high-rated technology tenant.
