DBS and Citi process weekend dollar payment via Swift ledger

DBS and Citi have successfully completed a dollar transfer between Singapore and the U.S. using the Swift ledger. While the transfer took only minutes, Swift noted that final settlement continues to rely on existing banking infrastructure.
