Strive Acquires 1,375 BTC for $109 Million

Public asset management firm Strive purchased 1,375 BTC between August 31 and September 4 at an average price of $79,281, including fees. The acquisition totaled approximately $109 million, increasing the company's total holdings from 23,156 to 24,531 BTC. As of September 4, Strive held $202.6 million in cash and equivalents, alongside 505,000 STRC preferred shares valued at $49.4 million.
