Block applies to OCC to establish national trust bank 'Builders Bank'

Payment giant Block (Block) has filed an application with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) to establish a national trust bank named Builders Bank & Trust, N.A. The initiative aims to provide custody services for Bitcoin and stablecoins.
