Renzo Protocol has rebranded to Renzo Finance and introduced its first on-chain structured yield product, Renzo Basis, on Hyperliquid. The product initially supports BTC and HYPE, enabling users to earn funding rate yields by holding spot long and perpetual short positions. The strategy is automated through a triple-protection mechanism and utilizes Hyperliquid's agent wallets without custody of user funds. Renzo emphasizes its self-custodial, fully on-chain nature compared to competitors like Ethena and Superstate.
