White Hat Hacker Returns 3,400 BTC to Liquid Network, Retains 598 BTC Bounty

A white hat hacker exploited the Liquid Network, moving approximately 4,000 BTC from the Liquid Federation wallet. Following negotiations with Blockstream, the hacker returned 3,400 BTC (approximately 85% of the stolen funds) and kept 598.5 BTC as a bug bounty. The incident was tracked by PeckShield.
