The Sandbox Opens Compensation Claims for Bridge Hack

The Sandbox has launched a compensation claim portal for users affected by the August 22 cross-chain bridge hack on Base and BNB Chain. Eligible holders of bridged SAND can claim a 1:1 compensation in SAND on Ethereum between September 8 and September 22. Users holding SAND on centralized exchanges do not need to take action as the team is coordinating with exchanges directly. Claims submitted after the deadline will be handled individually until the end of October.
