Ethereum Foundation Identifies Two Must-Ship EIPs for Hegota Upgrade

The Ethereum Foundation's Protocol Cluster has prioritized two EIPs for the upcoming Hegota upgrade: FOCIL (EIP-7805) and Frame Transactions (EIP-8141). FOCIL aims to enhance censorship resistance by enforcing inclusion lists, while Frame Transactions integrates account abstraction into the protocol to enable programmable account verification and gas payments.
