Ethereum Foundation Releases Hegotá Upgrade EIP Ratings

The Ethereum Foundation protocol team has released an EIP rating list for the Hegotá upgrade, evaluating 62 proposals. FOCIL (EIP-7805) and Frame Transactions (EIP-8141) are classified as S-tier core upgrades, focusing on censorship resistance and native account abstraction. The roadmap aims to achieve quantum resistance for the Ethereum L1 by December 2029, with Hegotá serving as a critical step in this process.
