Ethereum Foundation Prioritizes FOCIL and Frame Transactions for Hegota Upgrade

The Ethereum Foundation's protocol cluster has released a prioritized list for the Hegota upgrade, designating EIP-7805 (FOCIL) and EIP-8141 (Frame Transactions) as mandatory. FOCIL aims to reduce reliance on centralized block builders to improve censorship resistance, while Frame Transactions will introduce native account abstraction and support for post-quantum authentication and protocol-level privacy.
