Four Meme has launched 4Stock, a platform combining stock tokens and a launchpad on BSC, with its native meme coin $4Stock reaching a $50 million market cap. The first tokenized stock, BNC4, which is pegged to the US-listed CEA Industries (BNC), surged to $35 due to market speculation, nearly eight times its actual stock price. Arbitrageurs exploited the minting mechanism to convert BNC4 back to USDT, leading to a price collapse. One user successfully profited 231,000 USDT by converting 6,666 BNC4 tokens.
