Anthropic Secures 14.8GW of Computing Power with Potential $517 Billion Cost

Anthropic has secured at least 14.8GW of computing power over the past 11 months, bringing its total committed capacity to approximately 16GW. Public contracts suggest a potential total cost of up to $517 billion over the next decade, driven by demand for Claude. Key agreements include up to 5GW from Amazon, 5GW from Google and Broadcom, and 1GW from Microsoft and NVIDIA.
