Vitalik Buterin disputes prediction that AI will cause Bitcoin to crash

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin has refuted claims by investor Liron Shapira that AI could cause Bitcoin's price to drop by over 50% within two years due to security concerns. Buterin argued that AI does not pose a fundamental threat to Bitcoin's security, noting that network-level attacks can be mitigated through software upgrades and that the probability of breaking Bitcoin's hashing or proof-of-work algorithms is extremely low.
