Zhihu Plans 1.5 Billion Yuan Investment in AI and Frontier Tech Fund

Zhihu (知乎) announced a subscription agreement to invest 1.5 billion yuan into an AI and frontier technology industry fund. Upon completion, Zhihu will hold up to a 30% stake in the fund, which has a seven-year term. The fund will focus on early-to-mid-stage private companies in mainland China specializing in foundation models, AI infrastructure, robotics, and AI applications.
