TrendForce: Global DRAM Industry Revenue Surges 59.5% in Q2 2026

According to TrendForce, the global DRAM industry saw a 59.5% quarter-over-quarter revenue increase in Q2 2026, reaching approximately $154.73 billion. This growth was driven by a significant rise in contract prices for conventional DRAM. Increased demand for AI servers, fueled by LLM training and AI inference, boosted shipments of HBM3e, LPDDR5X, and high-capacity RDIMM. Additionally, Agentic AI applications have spurred demand for various RDIMM specifications, while manufacturers maintain low inventory levels and prioritize server-related supply.
