ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) Mass-Produces LPDDR6 Chips for Xiaomi 18 Fold

ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) (长鑫存储) has achieved mass production of its self-developed LPDDR6 chips, which will debut in the Xiaomi (小米) 18 Fold flagship smartphone. The 16GB chip offers a peak bandwidth increase of 60% and a 20% reduction in power consumption compared to LPDDR5X. The technology is expected to expand into computers, smart vehicles, and robotics.
