Binance Report: Crypto Market Cap Rose 17.6% to $2.7 Trillion in August

Binance Research reported that the total cryptocurrency market capitalization increased by 17.6% to $2.7 trillion in August, with ETF inflows reaching a yearly high. Bitcoin saw a 24.8% seven-day gain, marking one of its strongest weekly performances since 2020. Investor behavior shifted as crypto allocations among stock holders rose from 64% to 72%, while stablecoin allocations dropped by 22%. Additionally, TradFi perpetual futures volume on weekends surged nearly 12-fold since January, reaching $53 billion in August.
