Liquid Network 'White Hat' Hacker Negotiates Return of Stolen BTC

The 'white hat' hacker responsible for the Liquid Network exploit has initiated communication with Blockstream via on-chain OP_RETURN messages and PGP-encrypted text. The attacker has pledged to return the majority of the stolen BTC once the underlying network vulnerability is fully patched and all nodes are updated. The hacker also provided technical details regarding the exploit to the Blockstream team.
