Bank7 Corp. Acquires Controlling Stake in Century Financial Services Corp. Following Bankruptcy Auction

Oklahoma-based Bank7 Corp. has successfully bid $89 million in cash to acquire a 71% controlling stake in Century Financial Services Corp. The acquisition follows a court-ordered bankruptcy auction triggered by the default of the New Mexico-based lender's majority owner on outstanding debts.
