Offchain Labs Co-Founder Clarifies ARB Supply and Lock-up Structure

Offchain Labs co-founder Steven Goldfeder clarified that only 7.7% of the total ARB supply remains locked, with the rest held by the Arbitrum DAO. Investor and team unlocks are nearing completion by next March. The 2.84 billion ARB held by the DAO are not traditionally locked but are governed by community voting.
