Hyperliquid Labs and Payward, the parent company of Kraken, are in advanced discussions to offer crypto perpetual futures to U.S. traders. The plan involves utilizing the regulated trading venue Bitnomial, a subsidiary of Payward, pending approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
