Ripple CTO Emeritus Argues Against New Chain Following BIP-110 Vote

The Ripple CTO Emeritus stated that the failure of the BIP-110 vote does not justify the creation of a new chain. The new chain in question has replaced Bitcoin's SHA256d mining algorithm with BLAKE2b under its hard-fork rules.
