Japan's FSA Issues Warning to IZAKA-YA Operator for Unregistered Crypto Exchange Services

The Financial Services Agency (FSA) of Japan issued a warning on September 1 to Hong Kong-based Izakaya Limited for operating a crypto asset exchange business without proper registration. The company, which manages the lending and swap platform IZAKA-YA, had previously suspended some withdrawal and transfer services in August.
