Felix Pago Secures $200 Million in Series B Funding with a16z Participation
Stablecoin remittance startup Felix Pago has raised $200 million in a Series B funding round, consisting of $87 million in equity and $113 million in credit facilities. Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) participated in the equity round, while General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund provided the credit facility. The company utilizes USDC and blockchain technology to facilitate low-cost, fast cross-border remittances between the US and Mexico via WhatsApp.
