Dialectic to Launch SpaceX-Linked On-Chain Vault Starloop in September 2026

Dialectic Meccanico announced plans to launch Starloop, a Makina-based on-chain vault on Base, scheduled for September 2026. The vault allows holders of tokenized SpaceX exposure to deposit their positions as collateral to borrow USDC. These funds will be deployed into approved on-chain opportunities, with net yields returned to depositors while maintaining exposure to the underlying assets. Dialectic, the first operator for Makina, currently manages public vaults such as DUSD and DETH.
