Hyperliquid and Kraken Parent Payward Discuss Bringing Perpetual Futures to U.S. Traders

Hyperliquid is in discussions with Payward, the parent company of Kraken, to offer perpetual futures to U.S. traders. Payward has proposed a structure to the CFTC that would allow its subsidiary, Bitnomial, to provide registered U.S. users with access to perpetual futures linked to Hyperliquid's markets.
