Tencent Hunyuan Releases Lightweight Hy4 Preview Model

The Tencent Hunyuan team has introduced a lightweight version of its Hy4 preview model, reducing the model weight from 1.5TB to approximately 214GB. The compressed model maintains performance levels comparable to the original in long-text comprehension and multi-turn long-context retrieval, with only minor adjustments in mathematical capabilities. It is designed to support daily coding assistance, tool invocation, long document processing, and general Q&A tasks.
