Hyperliquid Negotiates with Kraken to Enter U.S. Market

Hyperliquid is in discussions with Payward, the parent company of Kraken, to introduce perpetual futures to the U.S. market via the Bitnomial exchange. The move is currently pending approval from the CFTC.
