According to TrendForce, the DRAM spot market continues to face weak demand, with trading volumes expected to remain low through Q3 2026. Despite this, the average spot price for DDR4 1Gx8 3200MT/s rose 0.67% this week to $42.90. Meanwhile, NAND flash trading momentum has weakened, though 512Gb TLC wafer prices saw a slight 0.39% increase.
