SEC Introduces New Crypto Regulation with Dual Exemption Paths

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has released a major new rule under Chairman Paul Atkins, titled 'Regulation Crypto Assets,' which introduces dual exemption paths for crypto asset offerings with a maximum annual fundraising limit of $75 million.
