Mercado Bitcoin Partners with Bitybank to Onboard Users Following Exchange Closure

Brazilian cryptocurrency exchange Bitybank is shutting down operations shortly before new regulations from the Central Bank of Brazil take effect. The exchange, which received investment from Primo Rico in 2021 and was once among the country's top five by volume, has entered into a partnership with Mercado Bitcoin to transition its existing customer base.
